You go through 3 interviews. The first is a group interview with all of the candidates and Kelli, then there is a shadowing interview with a smaller group and one of the senior employees walking through day to day. Finally there is a phone call with Ryan the founder.
I went through this process and was offered 60k starting after being told the day before I didn’t receive the job and was told that analysts after a year made 80k. I tried to negotiate a slightly higher salary to which they rescinded their offer. Dodged a Bullet with this company if negotiating is handled this way.
