Interview
An hour long video-interview just to get a feel for past teaching and cultural experiences and to see how open you are to new and difficult experiences in a new country.
Roughly a 1.5-two hour process where they went through my resume and asked in-depth scenario questions. They were very clear on the structure of the interview and I knew what to expect throughout the call.
Phone interview wasnt bad at all. At first I was nervous but the interviewer was very nice and understanding. After the phone interview I got my offer a few weeks later.
The interview is very straightforward. They actually send you the questions ahead of time because they want thoughtful answers. They will be recording your answers during the entire interview so eye contact is hard to maintain with them looking away.
