One on one interviews were conducted with the Director of the company. Who was very pleasant, most like all of the employees there. The atmosphere was even pleasant as well.

Interview
It was a friendly but formal sit down with the office manager consisting of relevant questions on my experience with customer service, computer skills, etc. It went by quickly and was not overly challenging.
