After sending the job application, I got a positive message saying that they were interested to have a Skype conversation. During that interview, the CTO asked questions to get to know me a little bit more (usual questions: why would you like to work for us? and so on). After a couple of days, I sent him an email to understand the status of my hiring process, so I got an assignment that had to be completed in a couple of hours - offline. I passed it and they offered me a contract - without negotiation. HR is very good - they offered relocation and helped me to move to the Netherlands.
