I applied online. I interviewed at PayPro HCS (Kennesaw, GA) in Jan 2019
Interview
One of the owners found me on a job site, call directly and we engaged in a 30 min casual conversation . He asked me what I was looking for in a company and in my career. He really seemed to want to hear about me and my career desires and not just what the company needed or expected. We decided to take it to the next level and I was invited in for a panel interview. I was able to engage with other managers and ask them questions. They checked my references the week they said they were going to and within 3 weeks, I had an offer letter sent to me . It was very step-by-step, easy, and keep me engaged.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PayPro HCS (Kennesaw, GA) in Dec 2015
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter about the position.
Interviewed first with the tax lead and the manager of PayPro HR Services.
Was called back for a second interview with CEO.
Was offered the position but because I wanted to give my employer 2 weeks notice they chose someone else. Was called a few weeks later and offered position, again without 2 weeks, but employer was closing so accepted it.

Interview
I interviewed with both the CEO and Director of Operations. They were very thorough in the vetting process. I was told what the next steps would be and a timeline for a decision. The CEO contacted me before the date provided so there was no waiting and wondering if I would hear back from the company.

Question 1
The questions asked were similar to other company interviews. The difference at Paypro is that you could tell both interviewers were interested in who you are as a person.
