      I interviewed at PayLead

      Interview

First interview through a video call, got asked about my studies and experience. I was surprised to be asked technical questions too, felt a bit out of the blue. The second interview was with two interviewers, it was longer (1h instead of 30 min), and more in depth. They wanted to measure my interest and understanding of the company; then to get an idea of my programming level through conversation.
