The interview process takes very long, almost 10-15 days gaps between the rounds. HR always says has no idea talent team didn't gave any feedback. They lack clarity in hiring. Referral is big thing even after providing 5 ref they asked 2 more, they violate your privacy by asking ref from current manager. They ghost you after having all your interview rounds cleared. If you are looking for other jobs you can't put open to work on Linkedin. Want everything to be updated on LinkedIn. Makes you do a lot, but when you call them to ask what happened they have no answer.
