Behavioral style interview. Extensive questions, thorough and informative. My questions were answered with out reservation. Shown a product demo which helped to visually breakdown key components of the product. Extremely nice people, no easy questions. Each answer had to be well thought out, broken down step by step, outcome was not always positive, but I was able to demonstrate steps for improvement.

The interview was very thorough. I was given ample opportunity to explore Patientco and they spent a good amount of time ensuring I would be a fit for the organization. There was consistent and constant communication throughout the process.
