Interview
The first round of the interview is a group interview with up to six people. It is followed by a second-round interview that is one-on-one. The manager was in all of the interview rounds and there were other employees of different supervisor levels.
The interview consisted of two virtual interview conducted by store managers at other locations, and a phone interview by a local manager. The interviewers were friendly and the actual interviews were straight-forward, but the scheduling over the course of this process was a bit chaotic.
