-I applied online at indeed. Got an response for an interview the same day I sent the application.
-Got scheduled for a 10-15 minutes interview two days later. Asked basic questions such as job history, experience, favorite class taken at UCI. I was then scheduled for an in-person interview two days later where I met with the Director and the Customer Service Lead. Interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. 2 weeks later I was not offered the position.

Interview
Applied online via Monster, then had a 20 minute phone interview with HR. HR is personable & friendly but will load you with a BUNCH of questions. Was then scheduled for an in-person interview the following week where I met with the HR Manager, then briefly spoke with the VP & VP's assistant. Slightly intimidating atmosphere, but everyone was nice & professional.
