Applied for position online and was reached out to by a recruiter, Kelli, who was absolutely wonderful and really sold me on the role and company enough to get invested in the process which looked like the following: -45 minute interview w/ Director of Engineering -45 minute interview w/ Lead Engineer -3 back-to-back 45 minute interviews with VP of Product, Senior Product Manager, and another Product Manager -Finally two back-to-back interviews w/ CTO and an Engineering Manager All of these were conversational in nature and about past experience or projects worked on, no technical assessment whatsoever. Generally pretty pleasant conversations, with a lot of ground that was covered multiple times or repeated questions between the many interviews. About a week after the final interview received a very robotic sounding rejection email that did offer to provide more feedback if needed, but when attempting to reply to said email asking for feedback received an error about the email address being inactive and unable to be reached, so I had no way of actually contacting PartsTech again.
