After seeing the ad on Linked in and I applied through Linkedin. At the day of application, The person emailed me that she wanted to see me and I replied back my availability for an interview. However, she did not answer for the question over a week. almost in two weeks. The person emailed me and told me that she want a phone interview with me the next day. She asked a lot of questions regarding how I did the job at my previous position.

First interview: Met with director of labor relations. Basic questions example. Tell me about yourself. Why should we hire you?, follow up questionare(same day) security related right after interview, multiple choice. Second interview on same day with department head. Again basic questions. On this interview I got a follow up interview date. Second interview: Met with director of human resources. Questions asked. Tell me a time you had a trouble guest and how did you handle it. Tell me a memorable experience with a guest. Earth, air, water which one best describes you. What are the weakness and strengths. After this interview on the same day. I met with the general manager. Questions asked, why should we hire you. What are your weaknesses and strengths. Job offer was made same day.
