Interview was well conducted. It was with upper management within the group. The issue I had was with HR, they emailed with a hard deadline for acceptance for a final round of interviews. They only called to tell me that the position required detailed oriented person. They would of liked for me to say that the email went into spam. Which was not the case. They are also competing with every other employeer that I am interviewing with all while taking classes and working. A simple reminder email or phone call would have help. I have even gotten text messages from the employeers they are competing with. Outdated in my view.
