Park Dental interview questions

Screened first by HR over phone. From here I was invited to interview in-practice with practice manager, followed by an interview with the dentist whom’s team I would be joining.

Interview process started with a phone interview. After phone screening I had a meeting that included all of the other associates at the office. They described the office environment for me and then were able to answer any questions that I had. The interview was more conversational rather than being asked situational questions.
