Paramount Director, Creative Strategy interview questions

Applied online and heard from recruiter, who asked me to talk about my experiences starting with a job 8 years ago and working up to the present day. Seemed oddly focused on my level of responsibility or seniority 8 years ago, as compared to more recent (and relevant) experiences. The screening went beyond the scheduled time and nothing went obviously wrong. After I sent a thank you note the response was silence and more silence after a polite follow up inquiry a month later asking about the status of the process. If I was screened out, you don’t owe me feedback but you do owe me the courtesy of a reply. Unprofessional.
