Interview
The hiring process began with an initial interview with HR. Afterwards, I was then forwarded to the hiring manager of the department I was applying for. A few days later I was called in and the interview was very casual - more so a conversation.
Pretty easy but you have to be light hearted and a conversationalist. Know who you are and align yourself with the company and their values. The President of the division was an interviewer so be ready to ask questions about their background because people like talking about themselves!

Final round / senior leadership - A conversation with a senior director or department head, often more of a cultural and vision fit discussion.
Pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. Spoke with the recruiter after months of being ghosted following an online screening and recruiter interview for another role. Waiting over a month to get a meeting with the Hiring Manager.
