professional start from applying to interview, the interview was very relaxed and included a site tour. Came away feeling optimistic and looked forward to hearing from them.
3 weeks later and have been completely ghosted despite 2 emails requesting feedback.
If somebody takes the time to interview for you, have the decency to give feedback.
