Interview
Entered a room with multiple interviews going on at the same time. This gave the impression of being in a "cattle call." Typical interview: told about the position and routine "Tell me about a time that you.." questions. I was told the position paid $40K-45K in the phone screening; which is fair market. I declined the job due to offer received was significantly below market average; $14.49 an hour for an Associates Degree and 20+ years experience.
