Interview
Very simple, the usual questions i.e do you have any experience, why do you want to work here etc, then shown around the place so all around the cafe, plus the garden centre shop and the play area for kids. Manager of cafe is really nice and makes you feel comfortable during interview, it is quite a short process. I got offered the job straight after the interview and started working the next week.

Interview
it was relatively straight forward as far as interviews go. it was a general chat about job description and what the company could offer me in terms of job satisfaction as well as their plans for the future of the business. in return i was informed of what was expected of me and the standards that were expected and maintained but it was very relaxed and enjoyable.
