I applied online and received a response within 2 weeks. Easy to setup an interview appointment. I also ended up having to do a second follow up interview and sample test. Most of the questions asked for the interview were standard, like many companies in San Diego.

Question 1
Asked to write pseudo-code as well as a test project to write a lookup to a database. I didn't quite understand the project so ended up without an offer.

Fairly standard interview, tell me about yourself, five years from now, why do you want to work here, situation/conflict and how did you deal with it?
Hiring manager talked about the company and position and went over resume.
He also had me code whiteboard pseudo-code, (make a sandwich, fibonacci, replace a letter in a string)
