The interview was over the phone. Took 40 minutes. It was not a nice feeling during and after interview. It feels like a recruiter has some biases. Some of the questions were: Can you work onsite 5 days a week? Can you stay overtime? I do not have a problem commuting to office every day or staying occasionally overtime, but it is a little concerning when a recruiter asks you those questions right away. I would be more interested to know if a candidate has a necessary knowledge base and skills to perform a job. Phone connection was not good, there were interruptions in connectivity. Unfortunately Pape Dawson Engineers did not offer the option to connect via Zoom or Teams.
