First interview was exciting and great communication and both parties left wanting to move forward. Second interview had interviewer pushing on topics and current job that were unrelated for half an hour. It was difficult to keep redirecting back to my experience having to do with Rotating Machinery Design. Left interview feeling we hadn't discussed me at all, just current employer and designs that weren't mine.
