This interview was well organized, professional and inviting. This was a panel/team format interview. I met with a team of 7 administrators and teachers from various schools in the district. I provided several copies of my resume for review by the panel members. They interviewers each had a copy of a pre-determined list of questions. They alternated acting as voice and team members took notes on each question/answer. All of the questions were appropriate and applicable to the position being interviewed for, focusing on my experience, education, specific skill-set, mindset and interests. The interview lasted approximately 20 minutes after which I was invited to a one-on-one interview with another administrator in which I was able to elaborate a bit further on my personal background and qualifications and ask additional questions regarding the goals and objective focus of the school district, etc. All in all, this was a very positive interview experience.
