Aside from maybe a few individuals - the staff had over glorified titles most likely due to the rapid growth the company had in a short time frame, regardless they felt very junior. Didn’t seem interested in the person/work experience. Read situational questions from a prompt vs. understanding background hiring for the role/experience. Seemed very cult like - “you can’t sit with us”/“you’re beneath us” vibes.
