A bit informal. We had Zoom issues and they didn't seem prepared with questions. they communicated quite poorly and honestly I am glad I did not get the fellowship. I was interviewed by two different people who emailed me different things. So a bit disorganized

Online interview with founder and associate, very casual but with the usual interview questions about strengths/weaknesses, background, etc. Personalities can make or break this interview, so make sure you're warmed up and friendly.

Video call over Microsoft Teams with three representatives from the company. Two asked questions while the third observed. All of the interviewers were patient and seemed happy to be there. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.
