I had a positive recruiter interview and was invited to meet with executive leadership. Due to issues with the meeting invitation, I never received the Teams link before the scheduled interview. By the time I was able to join, the panel had left. I was told the interview would be rescheduled, but after following up, I instead received an automated rejection email thanking me for interviewing, despite never having had the opportunity. I was disappointed with the communication and scheduling process.
