Paladin Staffing interview questions

Paladin had an easy to follow interview process and were very prompt and proactive with follow up. The person conducting the interview was very personable and relaxed. Prepared questions showed research and good understanding of position they were in charge of filling.

I spoke with a recruiter who was impressed that I followed a simple instruction by emailing her. She really liked my background and talked up a big game telling me to increase my salary demands due to my experience. She didn't have any jobs toward the end of the year so I followed up a few times. She replied to the first two emails, but then ghosted me. It was a disappointing experience.
