Pacrim Engineering interview questions

The first interview process is just a 10 minutes phone call interview with the HR Assistant. Basically about your background, projects/work experience on your resume, and your relevant experience. will also ask your availability to work. Overall, fairly simple, easy, and straightforward questions

The Principal almost exclusively focused on why I left the previous company. I believe this was a projection, because they're a tiny firm but they seem to be hiring on a consistent basis. They require you to fill out an application which is basically your resume but in a different format.
