relatively simple. basic questions. nothing too much out of the ordinary phone screen was simple basic questions. 1:1 interview was the same questions from a different person, guy seems very disinterested. Dont know if this was a tactic or he was miserable. once he realized i was a fit, he perked up 10% and started telling me more about the job. there were some promises and plans laid out for me to lure me in and I fell for it. None came true.

very mundane. simple minded questions. no creativity. no intelligence needed for job. from my experience they hire desperately because turnover rate is high. once they fill the roles needed, they base everything on education (where you went to school and type of degree) over skills, experience, and common sense.
