probably the most inappropriate, unprofessional interview process that I’ve ever had in my lifetime. I interviewed with the CEO of this company and immediately got bad vibes and became really u comfortable with the questions he was asking in my interview. for some random reason asked me about my parents and what they do, which is wildly inappropriate and not relevant. He asked me other questions that were really weird like, “tell me about a time when I went through something difficult in my personal life and how did I go about it”. SUPER unprofessional. This company has no HR or formal processes and it shows. Advice to the so-called “CEO”, if you actually want to build and grow a REAL company, then invest in your employees. They are what can help you build a company.
