I didn't even make it to the interview process due to their awful application process. This was one of the worst applications I've ever experienced. They required TWO assessments (30 mins wasted of my time) with their application: one was a personality assessment, and one was a timed competency assessment. It felt like I was back in high school answering the dumbest and most irrelevant questions. This was for a senior-level marketing position and you're requiring people to solve abstract math equations (that you state calculators are not allowed for??). Despite my frustration, I completed both assessments to the best of my ability and didn't hear a peep from the company afterwards. I even followed up a month later. Nothing. Of course I knew this meant I wasn't selected for the role, but how unprofessional and awful it is to put your candidates through these things and then ghost them. NOT EVEN A REJECTION EMAIL. Do not apply or work for this company.

I applied online. I interviewed at PSC Biotech Corporation (Madison, WI)

Very straightforward and fair, asked for some previous writing samples well in advance, so I had plenty of time to prepare. Asked relevant questions about how I would handle specific situations they've had to deal with.
