The interview process was of two steps firstly the Group Discussion on various topics and then shortlist and conduct the individual interviews. The process was not too complex but they still focus on the communication skills, logical thinking and confidence.

Interview
It was brief. We discussed salary expectations, learned they were a 3rd party vendor, job responsibilities and benefits that we limited at best. Then I went to the client site for another interview with a panel of project team members who had little experience or knowledge about the role I was applying for. I answered honestly, they decided to go with me after determining they couldn't get anyone else.
