When I first interviewed with a Job Recruiter, I was hired. The Job Recruiter understood what type of job I was looking for and the communication was great! I saw a job that I wanted and reached out to my recruiter. But she informed me that she would be leaving and she'll will pass me along to a new recruiter, Alice. I had to reach out to the new recruiter and her follow-ups were lacking. I ended up missing out on the job I wanted because she said it was filled. I never received work. I wasted all that time getting my paper work and medical completed ( you have to take 2 PPD test with this agency. This takes up time). If you plan on working for this agency make sure you get a good recruiter. But based on my experience I do not recommend this agency.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PRIDE Health (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2024
Interview
It was a straightforward interview process. I was messaged on LinkedIn, and the first step was a 15-20-minute welcome call that was very informative. Afterward, I was scheduled for a Zoom interview, which was an enjoyable experience. We discussed my goals and current experiences, and the interviewer aligned my experience with the role. The final interview was on-site, and I was able to meet the team. Everyone I met in the Charlotte office was extremely welcoming. They wanted to ensure that my experience aligned with what they were looking for, and I was made aware of any challenges I may face in the role. It took a couple of days to receive an offer! I declined the offer after much consideration, deciding to stay in a fully remote role. My interview experience was great! I would recommend interviewing with this company if you're an experienced recruiter.
