First need to give aptitude test which includes basic accounting questions. It includes basic concepts & journal entries. Double entry system and bank reconciliation concepts are important along with journal entries.

The process was Quick and simple. The then director was very straight forward and asked o my relevant questions relevant to the job and by the end of the day did reference checks too. Got offer the next day.

They took my online aptitude test..I cleared the same and I got confirmation regarding and after that technical round was nxt..suddenly they changed the interview process without prior notice and cancelled my interview in mail. Very informal informal process. Very frustrating. Would never suggest anyone this company to work for.
