Interview
There seemed to be a clear understanding of the expectations of the job and the qualities they were looking for. Process allowed me to gain a great perspective on the company and where I would fit into the system. It was clear early, this would be a good fit. Unlike many companies, the interview consisted of pertinent questions and scenarios as opposed to unrelated standard questions.

How do you handle having to discipline an underperforming direct report with a long history of sales success?
Good, it was in depth from start to finish basic questions informs chat done over teams then in person felt very informal and personal from the outset, then had to do a presentation

Interview
The interview process sweet and to the point. Not difficult at all. First round was with Human Resources. Second was with the hiring manager and the final with the hiring managers manager. Pleasant. Questions were around how to run a territory.
Initial phone screen interview was about 30 minutes. It was very friendly and just focused on my previous experiences with customers and business development. The recruiter reviewed all of the job benefits and we did a light salary negotiation.
