POS Professional Office Services interview questions

Met with HR Director and Associate. Then with a department supervisor and staff member. Lots of detail was discussed about my vast experience in the field of hire. Reviewed my portfolio and a comfortable discussion about projects I've done that relate strongly to the work the position required. Felt like I was a shoe-in for the job.

Applied online and got an email soon after asking me to complete a personality inventory and a cognitive test. A couple of days later, HR emailed and asked for a phone interview. He then took my information to the Regional Manager who selected me as one he wanted to interview with. He selected 6 overall. Interview went well. Met with both the Regional Manager and the VP of Sales. Very informal interview, more like a conversation. Easy going.
