Interview
From what I remember we were only required to take an exam. The examiner was friendly and allowed us to ask questions. Once you pass you will be asked to attend the orientation then you can start.

What school are you from and what program did you take
Submit resume and recommendation letter at human resource. They will contact and call you when you are to take the exam. Math and english is the coverage. When passed, you will have the orientation immediately. Then you will be given the security pass to be used during your stay in the office. You will then be introduced to your department. And then you are all set!

Interview
I submitted my resume online and I got a call a few days after to inform me about the exam (which you can only take during MWF). The exam is easy (basic math and english). After checking the papers, HR will call those who failed while those who passed will be asked to return by 1 PM for the orientation. Afterwards, HR will guide the interns to the Security office to get their pass. Finally, they will assign each intern to their respective departments. Good Luck!
