      Manager Interview

      Aug 23, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PM AM (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2011

      Interview

2-3 weeks, two phone, one in-person. Unconventional , weak interviews by owner in Dallas with more focus on negotiation to bottom dollar. The same ignorance can be exploited by the interviewee if the impression is made. I came to know , In the end, the company will not easily deliver on promises.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There were no difficult questions - just delusional rants of how talented the CEO/Owner is and how he will be the next microsoft.
