Interview
Great people - pretty typical behavioral interview process relating to deal work and experience. I did not hear back following the first round of interviews. Classic IB interview from my perspective
Arranged through recruiter, recruiter set up meeting over zoom. Meeting lasted 30 minutes mostly for me to ask questions. Standard questions, Evidently did poorly, and I never heard from them again.
Long process - 4 rounds of interviews overall with a mix of junior and senior level interviewers. Mostly behavioral questions with a case study that is mostly qualitative knowledge related to the role (corporate governance, ESG, activism, executive compensation, etc).
