PHOS Creative interview questions

The interview process is a blend of measuring both core values and competency levels. The interview lasted around an hour and had an intensely purpose-driven vibe. This company is very intentional about discovering not only if you are a good fit for their company, but if they are a good fit for you.

This was a new company at the time I was hired, the interview was short and sweet for me. I was one of the first employees and Brandon the owner new my abilities prior to hiring me. We did work hard to create an on-boarding program and a more in-depth interview process.
