The first round of the interview was virtual, where the HR representative asked more about my background. The technical interview was held in person at their Gillingham office. The process lasted around three hours and included an intense technical assessment followed by a tour of the company. They conducted a second round of interviews the following week, but unfortunately the offer did not come through, as they had implemented a recruitment freeze due to poor company performance. Their facilities are good, and the people seem genuine and helpful. However, the location is quite remote, and transportation can be a nightmare.
