The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PHI Aviation (Lafayette, LA) in Sep 2018
Interview
It was a good, welcoming process overall. PHI flew me out to Lafayette, provided a tour of their facility, sat us through a short written test, then a simulator session, lunch, and finally the formal interview. Everyone on the interview board was very professional and personable.

Easy going, to the point. They really try to roll out the red carpet for you. They pay for travel, lodging and food. Expect a written exam and a SIM check.

You'll hear nothing from PHI and they'll o0ffer no updates when you apply. IF they want to talk to you, you will be invited to an interview, usually with the training department manager. He will want to see if you are what you claim on your resume by asking questions that would weed you out from complete fakers.
