PETERMAYER interview questions

First interview was with an HR rep. Second interview with a Creative Director. Both very friendly, they made an offer, but it was $7.50/hr. Most of my friends in the industry recommended I tell them to eat dirt for offering Louisiana minimum wage on a job that requires a college education.

The Interview process was intense, but in a good way. Upper management, up to the CEO and President were involved. This shows that it's a very tight-knit workplace and they take great pride in their employees and who is working for them.
