Interview
1 in person interview while still attending college. Interviewed by President, VP, and mid-level manager individually. Questions were low pressure, mostly just talked about education and my willingness to work for this company. VP didn't say much which the long pauses made me feel uncomfortable. Showing that you are willing to work the long require hours is a plus.
