I attended the info session which was about an hour long where they spoke more about the program and different paths you can take. Then signed up for first round interviews and had the interview shortly after. It was 2 zoom interviews back to back with different people. First interviewer was nice, but didn't really seems like she knew what interviews were like. She was pretty robotic and just asked me questions and took notes for 30 min. Second interviewer was super nice asked similar questions but was more like a conversation. Both interviewers knew NOTHING about the program which was weird. I would ask about specifics about the program and they would tell me they didn't know or can't answer that. Definitely not what you want to hear.
A couple weeks after that, I got an email saying they liked me and wanted to go through with second round interviews. I signed up for a interview time and they said they would send decisions in March. I received an offer from another company before my 2nd interview and I accepted and let PennyMac know I was no longer going to continue with them. Maybe if the interviewers knew more about the program during the 1st interviews I would have considered them more.
