I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PENNYMAC (Westlake Village, CA) in Apr 2019
Interview
I was invited down to the Westlake office and accompanied by a head employer. She lead me to a conference room where we spoke for about an hour of the position in depth and discussed my responsibilities. The woman was extremely kind and welcoming. I appreciated her insight on the company and what the position requires. Her patience and willingness to answer all my questions were not missed.
