      Talent Acquisition Coordinator Interview

      Jun 10, 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at PENFED Credit Union

      Interview

It was very lengthy and drawn out. They keep people holding in the interview process just so they have several people to present to the hiring manager even if they already have a candidate picked. It was not a pleasant experience.

      Talent Acquisition Coordinator Interview

      Jul 7, 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Antonio, TX
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PENFED Credit Union (San Antonio, TX)

      Interview

Went through phone interview, in person interview then video interview. The process took one month in total. Kept implying that I had a good chance. I informed them I was turning down offers to continue on with their process and they were happy to hear. Ultimately I didn’t get an offer and left feeling used. In The last interview directors mentioned I was one of two candidates and implied I was under qualified as well as throwing in a comment about the specialist not wanting to do interviews again. Basically mentioning they had already made a decision but had to present at least two finalist. They also prolonged telling me I didn’t get the position, continuously waiting until the last minute to notify me of the next interview or call. Would suggest to only apply while you still have employment and don’t read into their “excitement” or “we are very impressed with you” comments.
