Interview
Inconsistent. When the recruiter was trying to set up an interview with me, she was invested in me as an applicant and would message multiple times a day. Once I had completed their multiple step interview process while in final year of my CS Degree, all recruiters who had previously contacted me stopped responding and have not given me any feedback 1 month later. This is unprofessional.

Question 1
A panel presentation on a SQL script that I had to write, given a case study on an insurance company. PBT made me write the IKM. The programming, maths and logic IKM tests were decent. The SQL IKM was not at all of the standard that a grad CS student would be able to cope with - This was clearly advanced SQL. The recruiters must be made aware that they cannot administer advanced-level IKM tests to grads without working experience.
