I applied for the position via Pavlov's website. A few weeks later I was contacted by the PR Director via email for an in-person interview. The day of the interview I arrived at Pavlov a few minutes early and waited to meet the PR Director. She greeted me and showed me to the conference room where the interview was held. The interview was very casual and laid-back. The hiring manager only asked me a few questions about my resume and there were no situational or behavioral questions. The interview lasted about 15 minutes. I was told I was one of the few applicants that had no grammar or spelling errors in their resume. I sent a follow-up email shortly after the interview. A week or so later I received an email from the PR Director letting me know that I had not gotten the position because I had lack of experience with PR and pitching media. Overall, it was a very good experience. Pavlov seems like a great place to work even though I wasn't the right fit for them at the time.
