The interview itself is quite easy: you can take it remotely, and they just ask several questions that you should write a detailed answer to. Those questions were just typical HR stuff, past conflicts, current dreams, future plans etc. The main purpose, as I understand, was to show candidates who actually spoke English well. Once you pass the interview, you are invited to partake in an intensive 45 days training with two assessments that ends with a job offer.
